We have started a tradition of waking up early and taking Charlie to the beach on the 4th of July. He has so much fun. It is the world's largest swimming pool to him. He is a little scared of the waves though...he watched Steve and me and learned when the waves are approaching you jump into them, so when we jumped, he jumped. Too cute!
After the beach we went home and rested and then went over to my mother-in-laws, Mary, to do some more swimming and BBQ'd a feast. It was a good day. :-)
